Stockland Homes and Properties Limited is a Limited Liability Company duly registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and has since been gathering momentum ever since her birth.

Stockland is a Real Estate Firm that prides in adding value to human lives through the provision of excellent, affordable and standard homes for all classes of the society (with our focal point on the low and medium Income Earners in the global society), without undermining or Sacrificing the twin principles of “Quality” and Affordability”.
