2.1 Ownership: Storexy and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Storexy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or other rights in the intellectual property by using Storexy.

It is the responsibility of the business owners to ensure the accuracy of their listings.

3.2 User Reviews and Feedback: Users may have the ability to post reviews, ratings, comments, or other feedback about businesses listed on Storexy. By posting such content, you grant Storexy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display it for promotional and other purposes.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the operation or availability of Storexy or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content.
