Foundation for Contemporary and Modern Visual Arts

The Foundation for Contemporary and Modern Visual Arts is a not-for-profit organization set up to uplift Contemporary Art in Nigeria, by documenting artworks found in diverse private and institutional collections, by producing documentaries on these collections and artworks and by publishing art monographs on same.

The Foundation has so far documented approximately 10, 000 (Ten Thousand artworks) since its inception in 2014; many of these art pieces are stored in a customized retrievable database managed by the Foundation.
