How does Storexy work?

Storexy is a robust platform that helps you create and manage your business online. You can begin in 3 easy steps

I don't have coding or design experience.

You don't need to be an expert to operate Storexy. You can customize the look and feel of your website from your admin panel. If you need extra help, contact our support center or navigate to the custom services section of your admin panel.

Is there a free plan?

We do not have a free plan, but our monthly plan is available if you're simply looking to test the waters.

Can I switch plans?

You can switch plans anytime from Monthly to Pro plan on your admin panel. The amount of days allocated to your new plan will be added to whatever is left on your existing plan. If you wish to switch to Premium plan, a fresh installation will be deployed on a new server and you will be required to re-upload your inventory and settings, being that it operates a separate framework.

What happens after the subscription expires?

When your subscription expires, your website will redirect to a page requesting for your subscription. You will however still be able to access your admin panel in order to resubscribe. If your account remains unsubscribed for 30 days, it will be deleted and you will have to start all over again.

I don't have time to manage and monitor online business or orders. Can you help?

We can provide a dedicated team to manage your website, social media and other digital deliverables, so you can focus on the operational aspect of your business.

I don't have a logo yet. Can I still start?

Sure, you can. While waiting for your logo, your business name will be displayed in the logo area of your website. We also offer logo design services which you can opt for while submitting your store information.

Do you charge transaction fees from orders on my store?

No, we don't charge any fes. However, you may incur some charges from the payment gateway you embed on your store (i.e Paystack or Paypal). Their rates can be found on the pricing pages of their websites.

How does shiping process work?

You are in full control of the shipping process. You can set all delivery parmeters by adding your preferred delivery locations, cost of delivery or enabling cash on delivery to your preferred locations.

How much of the website can I customize?

You can pretty much customize everything - colors, positioning, banners, content, tags, integrate API for chat app, featured tweets, online payment and more.

I already have a domain name. Can I use it?

If you're on a Pro or Premium plan, yes you can. If you chose a Pro plan, you will still receive the automatic setup package with a temporary URL for you to begin uploading your content. A Storexy representative will reach out to you to collect necessary details for connection to your existing domain.

What happens when I receive an order?

You’ll receive an email notification every time your receive an order. New orders will also be displayed on your admin dashboard and 'orders' tab when you log into your admin panel.

How do I receive payments from customers?

You can receive payment by bank transfer, online payment and you can also activate Pay on Delivery for your preferred locations. We have pre-configured your online store with the capacity to accept online payments using Paystack. Both options will be displayed to the customer if you have them activated.

Can I have other pages and features added?

Additional pages and features are available to customers on the Premium plan. Depending on the case or complexity, this can also be made available on the Pro plan when you reach out to us via custom requests in your admin panel.

Can I download my website code?

No, you can't, if you're under a subscription plan. Only customers on the Premium plan will have the entire website files deployed on their preferred host.

In what currencies can I be paid?

Multicurrency is a paid feature on both Monthly and Pro plans. Although you are allowed to select between Naira and Dollar as your default currency during setup, you will have to unlock the multicurrency feature to enable customers switch between Naira and Dollar on your online store. To have more currencies installed on your online store, you will be required to migrate to the Premium plan
